Something went wrong.  How can I get my patterns?

If you are having trouble getting your downloads, first try logging in to your account.  (Your password is in an email to you headed 'Welcome to Patterns Galore'.  If you can't find this, check your Spam box.)

Then, click on 'My account', and click on 'View' orders.  Your downloads should be there.

I don't use PayPal.  Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Certainly.  Just choose 'check out with PayPal' button.  Then select the 'Pay by credit card' or 'continue checkout' option on the first PayPal screen.
